Description:
We are hiring an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts and support initiatives from planning through hypercare. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP program leadership experience, strong cross-module knowledge, and proven delivery skills across large-scale, end-to-end projects.

Requirements:

• 10–18 years of SAP experience with hands-on exposure to implementations and support.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a Project or Program Manager role for SAP delivery.
• Successfully led 2 or more end-to-end SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong functional understanding across modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, EWM and HR.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate/ASAP methodologies and experience using project tooling (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent stakeholder management, governance, reporting and risk-control capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle SAP projects — from blueprinting and build to testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Plan and manage timelines, budgets, risk registers, and change requests to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate closely with business users, IT teams, vendors and functional consultants to keep workstreams aligned.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews and governance forums to drive decision-making and clarity.
• Maintain project documentation, performance KPIs, status reporting and quality control throughout the program.
