We’re growing our affiliate channel and looking for a hands-on Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead B2B partnership growth at Finanshels — a fintech startup modernizing accounting and compliance for UAE businesses.

What you’ll own:

• Design, launch, and scale a B2B affiliate program that attracts and engages business-focused content creators and industry partners.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliates who can effectively promote Finanshels to founders and business owners across the UAE.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and business content creators to drive sustained referrals.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align affiliate campaigns with commercial goals and ensure clear attribution.
• Monitor affiliate performance, run experiments, and continuously optimize offers, messaging, and partner incentives for ROI.

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated success in affiliate or partnership marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage creators, influencers, or channel partners and maintain productive relationships.
• Strong familiarity with the UAE market and an understanding of what resonates with founders and small business owners there.
• Analytical approach to measuring partner performance and optimizing conversion funnels based on data.
