Description:
We’re Hiring! — Finance Manager
FreshOnTable is an impact-driven AgriTech platform that connects local farms and food producers with hotels, restaurants and consumers. As we scale, we’re seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead our finance function and embed financial discipline across the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial analysis to guide business decisions.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimisation and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE statutory requirements including VAT, Corporate Tax and WPS.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, and maintain robust internal control frameworks.
• Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and improve profitability.
• Implement process improvements and systems that increase efficiency and reporting quality.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA is an advantage.
• 7–10 years’ relevant experience with minimum 3–4 years in a managerial or senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS).
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or start-up/scale-up environments is desirable.
• Proven leadership, a hands-on working style, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
