Responsibilities:

• Enforce approved protocols, processes, and procedures within the department and provide clear instructions to team members and monitor their adherence to ensure that tasks are executed in a well-regulated manner.
• Guarantee that staff members are well-informed about and adhere to the Information Security Rules and data security protocols in order to safeguard company information and intellectual assets.
• Work in partnership with departments to assess training necessities and identify any gaps and develop suitable training plans and timetables based on these evaluations.
• Generate training materials for modules, encompassing presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, evaluations, and supplementary references or resources.
• Conduct training sessions for all relevant stakeholders, aligned with company standards.
