Senior Quantity Surveyor required

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor role located in Dubai. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to cost and contracts management, such as preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts. This role also involves liaising with contractors and clients, preparing reports, and managing project finances throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in structural & contracting Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in contracts or quantity surveying.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Auto-Cad, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Professional qualifications such as RICS membership or CIOB membership are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
