Description:
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Manage invoices and filing — Ensure invoices are processed, filed, and retrievable.
- Handle payment receipts & records — Record receipts and maintain accurate payment logs.
- Record and monitor company expenses — Track expenditures and report variances.
- Maintain purchase and procurement documents — Organize purchase orders and supplier paperwork.
- Follow up on customer payments — Chase outstanding receivables and reconcile accounts.
- Assist with payroll and salary records — Support payroll preparation and maintain salary files.
- Manage petty cash & perform reconciliations — Oversee petty cash disbursements and reconcile balances.
- Maintain attendance and staff records — Keep accurate staff attendance and personnel records.
- Handle phone calls, scheduling & daily administrative tasks — Provide front-desk and coordination support.
- Organize business documents and records — Ensure company records are well-structured and archived.
- Assist in VAT filing — Support VAT preparation and submission tasks.
