Liventra Properties L.L.C is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Finance Officer / Real Estate Accountant with hands-on UAE real estate experience. Experience: Minimum 2 years UAE Real Estate accounting experienceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree preferredLanguages:

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial entries
- Handle accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, rent collections, and petty cash
- Maintain accurate real estate–related statements and ledgers
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash-flow summaries
- Support RERA compliance documentation when required
- Coordinate with management on budgeting and expense control
- Maintain proper filing and digital record-keeping of all transactions
Requirements
- Must hold valid UAE visa
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a UAE real estate company is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Mandatory Evaluation Presentation (First Stage)
Shortlisted candidates must prepare a short bullet-point presentation covering. Must provide your plan strategy explaining how will you contribute in developing this account department for a startup real estate company.
1. Property Ledger Handling
- Maintaining accurate tenant/owner ledgers
- Reconciliation with rental collections and bank statements
2. Accounts Workflow for Property Management
- Rent collection cycle
- Handling deposits, payables, receivables
- Monthly owner statements
3. Profit & Loss & Portfolio Reporting
- Preparing P&L for property management
- Identifying variances and financial trends
4. Expense Handling
- Recording and tracking unit-wise expenses
- Ensuring proper documentation and approvals
5. VAT Filing
- Preparing VAT-related rental documents
- Ensuring compliance with UAE VAT laws
6. Payroll Support
- Attendance, salary breakdowns, petty cash reimbursements
7. Daily Accounting Operations
- Rent statements, payments, invoices, receipts, collections
8. Financial Reports
- Monthly summaries
- Bank reconciliation and cashflow tracking
9. RERA Compliance
- Supporting RERA documentation
- Maintaining transparent rental records
10. Filing & Documentation
- Maintaining digital & physical files for PM accounts
