A well-established travel and ticketing company is seeking a professional and dynamic Female Admin/Secretary Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate booking requests.
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and internal communication.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Provide support to management and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
  • Professional, presentable, and able to work under pressure.
