Liventra Properties is looking for a smart, confident, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. If you are a candidate with excellent communication skills and a strong professional presence, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Warmly welcome and assist clients, visitors, and investors
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and front desk inquiries
• Manage daily office documentation and filing
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting rooms
• Support management and sales teams with admin tasks
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Presentable, polished, and customer service–focused
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with admin responsibilities
• Prior experience in real estate or corporate office is an advantage
