Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute internal marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, activations) to drive engagement and brand consistency.
- Translate leadership’s vision into actionable marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets and content.
- Manage internal brand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all communication materials.
- Develop and oversee content creation for newsletters, intranet, executive communication, reports, videos, presentations, and other internal collateral.
- Lead digital and internal communication channels, track engagement analytics, and optimise campaigns based on performance insights.
- Drive employee engagement and corporate communication initiatives in partnership with HR and support employer branding efforts.
- Plan and execute marketing for corporate events, including town halls, leadership summits, team-building activities, and internal activations.
- Conduct internal research and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with insights and improvement recommendations.
- Manage marketing resources and budget, including procurement of branded materials and ensuring cost-effective execution of projects.
- Collaborate with business units and mentor junior team members, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and leadership support when required
Requirements
Experience & Competencies
- 4–6 years in marketing, branding, internal communications, or employer branding roles.
- Strong background in multi-channel campaign execution, content creation, and project management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, intranet systems, email marketing and CRM platforms.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, creative direction, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven, analytical, and able to optimise marketing outreach based on insights.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and organisational skills
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Internal Communications, or Employer Branding are an added advantage.
- CIM qualification preferred.
