Description:
Paragon Group is looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant  join our finance team in Dubai immediately. This role suits a hands-on accounting professional who can manage end-to-end bookkeeping, ensure regulatory compliance in the UAE, and support management with timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, manage petty cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist with month-end close.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis to aid business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT filings as required.
• Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data and follow company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of VAT, WPS, payroll processes, and financial reporting standards in the UAE.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical capability, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Nationality: Pakistani preferable.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
