Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Patient Coordination Executive to support clients throughout their decision-making and preparation process for weight-loss procedures. This full-time, on-site role is based in Nairobi.
The role focuses on:
- Guiding clients through the steps required before their procedure
- Strengthening client confidence by providing accurate, reassuring information
- Following up consistently to ensure clients complete payments, tests, documentation, and confirmations
- Encouraging timely decisions and improving overall conversion rates
- Ensuring smooth coordination between patients, the clinical team, and administration
- Maintaining organised records and status updates in the CRM
- This role works closely with the doctors, bariatric nurse, finance team, and operations to ensure every patient has a seamless and well-supported experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build supportive, professional relationships with clients from first engagement through procedure preparation
- Provide clear guidance on next steps, requirements, pricing, and timelines
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure completion of payments, labs, and preparation steps
- Address questions, concerns, and hesitation with empathy and accuracy
- Convert clients from consultation or initial interest into confirmed procedures
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure clients meet all pre-procedure requirements
- Maintain detailed CRM records, status updates, and weekly pipeline summaries
- Collaborate with the medical and finance teams to streamline patient flow
- Identify bottlenecks in client preparation and propose improvements
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, client support, or customer coordination
- Reliable follow-up discipline and strong organisational skills
- Ability to explain information clearly and reassure hesitant clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service industries is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Business, Customer Service, Psychology, or related field
