Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a PhD in Counseling Psychology or a closely related field (mandatory for Professor, Associate Professor, and Senior Lecturer roles).

• Hold at least a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology for Lecturer positions.

• Have university-level teaching experience and a strong publication record relevant to their academic rank.

• Be registered or eligible for registration with professional bodies such as KCPA, KCP, or similar counseling associations.

• Demonstrate competence in counseling practice, research supervision, curriculum development, and academic leadership.

• Be committed to Christian values in line with the university’s mission and philosophy.

• Show excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
