Job Opportunity – Finance Executive (Real Estate Industry – Business Bay, Dubai)

We are recruiting finance professionals to join a real estate team in Business Bay. Candidates with prior exposure to the real estate sector will be given preference due to the client-facing and industry-specific nature of the work. The roles require strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to interact professionally with clients of diverse nationalities.

Open Roles:

• Accounts Receivable Finance Executive (x2): Responsible for managing client billing, collections, and maintaining accurate receivable records while liaising directly with clients from various backgrounds.
• GL Finance Executive (x2): Responsible for preparing soft-closes, ensuring month-end tasks are completed, and producing management-ready reports. This role requires a solid command of accounting controls and financial reporting processes.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, processes, and reporting standards.
• Proven ability to soft close books and prepare statements for management review (GL role).
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions across different nationalities (AR role).
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work under monthly deadlines.
• CA INTER is an advantage for candidates applying to the GL position.
