Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Technology Manager to lead our IT operations and drive digital transformation across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a robust and secure IT environment, delivering new technology initiatives, and guiding a small team of IT professionals to support the institution’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Plan, deliver and oversee digital transformation projects and new technology rollouts.
• Manage relationships with vendors, oversee IT budgets, and handle service agreements.
• Lead, mentor and develop the IT team to ensure reliable day-to-day support.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of IT management experience within the UAE market.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity best practices, and ITIL processes.
• Proven track record of leading IT teams and delivering technology projects on time.
