Office Assistant / Receptionist

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and professional Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage email correspondence and maintain communication logs
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, couriers, and mail
Maintain office filing systems (electronic and physical records)
Prepare and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports as required
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room management
Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
Support HR and accounting with administrative tasks as needed
Handle basic data entry, scanning, photocopying, and documentation
Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are well-maintained and presentable
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Receptionist / Office Assistant role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Professional attitude, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Positive attitude and willingness to support team functions
