Nehal Hotel is looking for passionate and professional individuals to join our team.

We are hiring for multiple positions within our hotel, each contributing to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates should be enthusiastic, team-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coffee & Juice Maker (Barista/Juicer/Cashier):

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, fresh juices, and beverages.
• Handle customer orders, process payments, and manage cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and provide attentive guest service.

Receptionist:

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
• Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain smooth front desk operations and ensure positive guest interactions.

Front Office Supervisor:

• Supervise and guide front office staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee daily front office operations and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure service standards are consistently met and maintained.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in hospitality or F&B is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of POS systems or hotel management software is an advantage.
