We’re Hiring – Purchasing Executive

Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

We are seeking a motivated Purchasing Executive to join our Finance & Procurement team at an iconic beachfront property. The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, possess strong negotiation skills, and have practical experience sourcing goods and services for a hotel environment. This role contributes directly to cost control, supplier relationships, and smooth operational supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day purchasing tasks and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Source and procure quality materials and services at competitive rates.
• Monitor deliveries, maintain accurate procurement records, and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Support inventory control and cost-management initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast requirements and prioritize orders.

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in hotel purchasing or procurement.
• Strong communication skills and proven vendor-management ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and handling multiple priorities.
• Good negotiation skills and attention to detail.
