We Are Hiring! – Concierge (Hospitality Industry)

We are seeking a friendly, service-driven Concierge to become part of our hospitality team. This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with guests and can handle a wide variety of front-facing responsibilities while maintaining a professional, welcoming attitude at all times. Preferred nationality for this position is Eastern European.

The selected candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, supporting their inquiries, coordinating reservations, and ensuring that every guest receives a smooth and delightful experience. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and supporting daily front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warmly welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
2. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and respond to guest questions or concerns.
3. Manage reservations, coordinate guest services, and handle related administrative tasks.
4. Provide accurate local information, recommendations, and support based on guest needs.
5. Maintain smooth daily front-office operations and assist with various hospitality functions.
