Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Project Management, or related disciplines depending on the position.

  • Have proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, warehousing, transport management, or related commercial functions.

  • For Head of Projects – strong project management background, experience leading cross-functional teams, and delivering complex logistics or supply chain projects.

  • For Control Tower roles – experience in operations monitoring, coordination, tracking shipments, and resolving logistics exceptions in real time.

  • For Key Account Manager / Inside Sales Executive – background in B2B sales, customer relationship management, pricing, contract negotiation, and business development within logistics.

  • For Financial Controller – professional experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and analysis; professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage.

  • For Inventory Supervisor – KBL Kisumu – experience in warehouse/inventory management, stock control, reconciliations, and working with WMS/ERP systems.

  • Be proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with ERP/Logistics systems and reporting tools.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Show high levels of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
