Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant diploma or degree depending on the role, such as Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Sales & Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Have proven experience in a similar position:

  • Digital Marketing Executive: experience in social media management, online campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content creation and use of digital analytics tools.

  • Telesales Executive: experience in call-based sales, customer follow-ups, upselling and managing client queries over the phone.

  • Sales Representatives / Business Development Representative: experience in field sales, client sourcing, relationship management and achieving sales targets, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG or construction-related products.

• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

• Be target-driven, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Be proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office; CRM systems are an added advantage).

• Be willing to travel or work in the field as required by the sales or business development roles.
