We are looking for a charismatic and well-presented Hostess to join our premium dining team at MSM Outlets in Abu Dhabi. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
• Efficiently manage reservations, seating charts, and guest flow.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor open dining sections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing position within the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Professional grooming, friendly demeanor, and approachable personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
