Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant diploma or degree depending on the role, e.g.:

  • Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field for Business Sales Representative and Enterprise Account Executives.

  • International Business, Export Management, Food & Beverage, or related field for Expatriate Head of Exports.

  • Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field for Procurement/Administrative Supervisor.

• Have proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, exports, or procurement/administration as applicable to the position.

• Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• For the Procurement/Administrative Supervisor role, be fluent in Gujarati and/or Hindi/Hindu (as specified).

• Be willing to work in the designated locations (Nairobi, Coast region, or other specified areas).
