Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Credit Management, or a related field.

• Have experience in debt collection, credit control, customer relationship management, or field collections (experience in digital lending is an added advantage).

• Demonstrate strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

• Be comfortable working with targets and in a fast-paced, field-based or hybrid environment.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be proficient in basic computer applications and mobile-based applications.

• Be familiar with the assigned area/town and willing to work within that locality.
