General Minimum Requirements (Likely)

While each position will have its own detailed requirements, applicants will generally be expected to:

• Hold a relevant diploma or degree depending on the role:

  • HR / Education / Business / Organizational Development for Training & Development Manager.

  • IT / Telecommunications / Electrical / Network Engineering (or related) for Network Engineering Technician.

  • Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields for Trade Development Representatives.

• Have relevant work experience in a similar role (training & development, field sales, or network operations/support).

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for customer-facing roles.

• Be familiar with internet services, networking basics, or ICT products (an added advantage for all roles).

• Show high levels of integrity, initiative, and customer focus.

• Be willing to work in the specified locations (Eldoret, Nakuru, Nairobi) and in the field as needed.
