Minimum Requirements
Applicants should:

Hold a relevant diploma or Bachelor’s degree depending on the role (e.g. Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields).

Have proven experience in a similar position within FMCG, manufacturing, HR consulting, or related industries.

Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

For senior roles (Business Development Manager, Expatriate Sales & Marketing Head, Tax & Treasury Manager), possess solid leadership and strategic planning experience.

Be proficient in MS Office and other role-relevant systems (e.g. ERP or financial software for Tax & Treasury).
