Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold relevant academic and professional qualifications in Law, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields depending on the position.

  • Have experience in financial services, digital lending, sales, business development, or legal practice as applicable.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Be results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Have good understanding of SME financing, digital credit, and financial literacy concepts (an added advantage).

  • Be willing to travel or work within assigned regions and engage directly with small businesses.
