Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assess material requirements.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
• Manage pre- and post-contract activities including variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate measurements.
• Ensure cost control, budgeting, and compliance with commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of UAE experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software/tools such as CostX, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
