Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage airfreight operations and ensure timely shipment handling.
- Coordinate with customers, agents, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipments.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and issues.
- Support operational processes and assist with problem resolution when required.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of UAE airfreight or logistics experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant freight forwarding software and tools is a plus.
