Position Overview:
KH Concept Interiors is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Draftsperson to join their technical department. The selected candidate will play a key role in creating accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and comprehensive documentation required for ongoing and upcoming projects. This position requires strong knowledge of interior fit-out detailing, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality shop drawings, GA drawings, interior fit-out drawings, and as-built documentation with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and specifications.
• Make revisions and updates to drawings based on site conditions, feedback, or design modifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, quality benchmarks, and internal drafting guidelines.
• Support the team with material take-offs, schedules, technical documentation, and related tasks.
• Maintain a systematic and organized record of drawing files and project-related documents.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or similar field.
• 3–6 years of experience working as a Draftsperson in the interior fit-out or joinery industry.
• Strong command of AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or similar drafting tools is beneficial.
• Thorough understanding of construction details, interior fit-out processes, and site coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team-focused environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
