Minimum Requirements
Applicants should:
-
Hold a relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, Culinary Arts, Customer Service, or related field (an added advantage, but experience may substitute in some roles).

Have prior experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or fast-paced hospitality environment, especially for Baristas, Cooks, Supervisors and Manager roles.

Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.

Possess strong leadership and people management skills for the Supervisors and Manager positions.
