Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Italian Pizza Chef to join a vibrant kitchen in Dubai Marina. The ideal candidate lives and breathes authentic Italian pizza-making, brings creative flair to menu development, and consistently delivers excellent food under busy service conditions. Compensation will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a broad variety of pizzas, from classic Neapolitan styles to inventive gourmet options.
• Master every step of dough production — mixing, fermentation, shaping and baking — to ensure consistent texture and flavour.
• Create and refine sauces, toppings and finishing techniques to elevate each dish.
• Invent new recipes and contribute original ideas to seasonal or permanent menus.
• Experiment with ingredient combinations and presentation to enhance the customer dining experience.
• Manage inventory levels, track ingredient quality, and ensure stock rotation for freshness.
• Maintain correct storage, handling and hygiene practices for all pizza components.
• Ensure consistent taste, portioning and plating across every service.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to flavour, texture or appearance.
• Mentor and coach kitchen colleagues on pizza preparation best practices and efficient workflow.
• Keep the kitchen area clean, organised and operating to a high standard of efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Italian Pizza Chef or in a comparable high-level culinary role.
• Strong technical skills in pizza-making, dough handling and ingredient pairing.
• Demonstrable creativity and a passion for developing new dishes.
• Must be available in the UAE (currently located in or able to relocate and work in the UAE).
