Applicants should:
Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Have extensive senior leadership experience (preferably at Director/CEO level) in corporate, development, or consulting environments.
Demonstrate strong strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadership skills.
Possess solid financial acumen and experience overseeing budgets, performance, and stakeholder relationships.
Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities.
For Management Accountant:
Applicants should:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
Possess professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (completed or in advanced stage).
Have experience in management accounting, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
Be proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Demonstrate high attention to detail, analytical skills, and integrity.
For HR & Administration Assistant:
Applicants should:
Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Have experience in HR support functions such as recruitment, onboarding, records management, leave and payroll support.
Be familiar with Kenyan labour laws and basic HR policies and procedures.
Possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Be proficient in MS Office and able to handle general office administration.
