Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably relating to Information Technology, Education, Graphical Arts, and Instructional Design courses
  • At least 1 year relevant and related experience in e-learning and multimedia development
  • Intermediate proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Illustrator, Vyond, and text-to-speech software
  • Solid understanding of SCORM standards and LMS integration, with experience in SCORM packaging and troubleshooting issues across platforms
  • Ability to apply knowledge of visual and instructional design principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, reading comprehension, and ability to act promptly on issues
  • Flexible to accommodate different shift jobs including night shifts and must be staying within or ready to relocate to Kitengela, Athi River
Salary: Ksh. 30,000 - Ksh. 50,000
