Minimum Requirements

For Lecturer Positions (Nursing, Kiswahili, Biology):
Applicants should:

• Hold at least a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university (PhD or progress towards it is an added advantage).

• Have a strong academic background and specialization in the advertised subject area.

• Demonstrate experience or interest in university-level teaching, research, and student mentorship.

• Be committed to integrating ethical and Christian values within teaching and learning (as per the sponsoring institution’s philosophy).

• Possess good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

For Legal Officer:
Applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.

• Be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate.

• Have experience in legal practice, contract drafting, compliance, and advisory services (experience in a university or corporate environment is an added advantage).

• Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and advisory skills.

• Exhibit high integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
