Minimum Requirements
Applicants should:

Hold a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (an added advantage but not always mandatory).

Have prior experience in real estate, property sales, or high-value client-facing sales roles.

Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Be familiar with the coastal property market and local neighborhoods (Kilifi, Vipingo, Kizingo, Nyali).

Be self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on commission-based or performance-driven structures.

Have good presentation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

Be proficient in basic computer applications and online marketing/social media for property promotion.
