Minimum Requirements

For Sales Interns:
Applicants should:

• Be diploma or degree holders in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related fields (or currently pursuing).

• Have strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Be target-driven, confident, and willing to learn sales and insurance products.

• Be willing to work in the specific town/region applied for.

For Sales Managers:
Applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related discipline.

• Have proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.

• Have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Possess excellent networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
