About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced Procurement Director to join a leading UAE real estate developer. This senior-position reports directly to the Executive Director and will lead procurement strategy, contract administration, and commercial operations for large-scale development projects. The role demands strong commercial acumen and hands-on experience running procurement across multiple construction and development workstreams.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Define and drive procurement and commercial strategy across major development programmes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget targets.
• Manage contracts and vendor relationships—oversee negotiation, drafting, and administration of commercial agreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Lead procurement operations including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, and supplier performance management for complex construction packages.
• Ensure governance and compliance with UAE regulatory and corporate procurement policies across all projects.
• Collaborate with project and commercial teams to deliver cost optimisation, risk mitigation and timely procurement deliverables for multi-disciplinary development works.

Requirements:

• Current Role: Must be currently employed within procurement at a UAE real estate developer.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience in procurement, commercial management and contracts specifically within real estate development projects.
• Language: Arabic fluency is mandatory.
