Job Description
Role Summary
- We’re looking for a strategic thinker and content orchestrator who will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing compelling content strategies that drive client growth. This role bridges the gap between client vision, creative execution, and performance metrics — ensuring our brands stand out across digital channels and our internal team operates with clarity, rhythm, and results.
- The ideal candidate is digitally fluent, insightful, and has strong experience building multi-platform content calendars, leading client communications, and deriving clear insights from analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Strategy Execution
- Own the strategic direction and execution of social media and content marketing for a portfolio of 3–5 clients.
- Develop robust monthly editorial calendars integrating social, blog, email, and digital campaign themes.
- Ensure timely delivery of content assets by collaborating with design, copy, and video teams.
Client Engagement & Account Stewardship
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients — managing expectations, presenting strategies, and ensuring campaign alignment.
- Lead content strategy meetings, gather briefs, and translate business objectives into actionable creative plans.
- Document and communicate client feedback effectively across internal departments.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Lead content marketing campaigns from planning to execution to reporting.
- Oversee the live rollout of campaigns, monitor real-time performance, and ensure adjustments are made for optimization.
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze campaign data from social media, websites, email tools (e.g., Meta Suite, GA4, Klaviyo).
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting ROI, wins, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend strategic pivots based on performance and market insights.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure blogs, web content, and landing pages are optimized for search.
- Track keyword performance and trends to feed into content planning cycles.
Email Marketing Execution
- Design and schedule audience-specific email campaigns with clear CTAs.
- Analyze open and click-through rates, and refine messaging and timing based on behavior trends.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct competitor audits, trend research, and industry benchmarking to keep strategies relevant and innovative.
- Share actionable insights during team reviews and client check-ins.
