Job Vacancy: We are expanding our teams across two Dubai properties — MENA Plaza and MENA Apart Hotel Al Barsha — and are looking to hire experienced hospitality professionals across several key roles. If you have solid hotel experience, are currently based in the UAE, and can attend an in-person interview, we want to hear from you.

Open Positions:

1. F&B Manager — Lead food & beverage operations, drive service standards, manage teams and vendor relationships.
2. Chef de Partie – International Cuisine — Prepare and execute international menu items with consistent quality and hygiene.
3. Reservations Supervisor – Hotel — Supervise reservations workflow, optimize room allocations, and ensure guest booking satisfaction.
4. Assistant Reservation Manager – Hotel — Support reservation strategies, coordinate with front office and revenue teams.
5. Receptionist – Hotel Front Office — Greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and deliver excellent guest service.
6. Junior Engineering Supervisor – Hotel Operations — Assist in maintaining building systems, supervising maintenance tasks and ensuring guest safety.

Key Requirements:

• Prior hotel experience is mandatory for all roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Relevant vocational or academic qualifications in hospitality, culinary arts, or engineering (role-dependent) are preferred.
• Effective communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to varying shift patterns.
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available for a direct interview.
