Job Profile

Company announces Best Ways Medical Services – Sole proprietorship LLC.M.M About her need for General Accountant Professional and experienced to join its financial team in the UAE.
The applicant must have strong accounting experience, complete proficiency in the Arabic language, and the ability to deal with financial systems accurately and professionally, while adhering to the accounting standards and financial laws in force in the country.

Main responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting records in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices and payments.
• Settle bank statements and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries.
• Preparing budgets, financial forecasts and periodic reports.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE financial laws, value-added tax, and company policies.
• Carrying out monthly, quarterly and annual closures.
• Manage payroll and payments via the system WPS Efficiently.
• Calculate and submit tax and VAT returns on time.
• Prepare the balance sheet and profit and loss account accurately.
• Monitoring the company's financial performance and cash liquidity.
• Support internal and external audits and submit required documents.
• Manage daily cash expenses and ensure the proper use of financial resources.
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure that financial operations run smoothly.
• Perform any additional accounting tasks assigned to you by management or senior accountants.

Requirements

• Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical experience in accounting within the UAE (preferably in the construction, real estate or healthcare sectors).
• License: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Language: Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory, and knowledge of English is an added advantage.
• Availability: Instant joining is preferred.

• Proficiency in using systems ERPandTally, and programs Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and problem-solving ability.
