CCTV Controller at Brites Management Services

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing CCTV systems to ensure the security and safety of our premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents and actions taken, including any suspicious activities.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to any security incidents or breaches.
  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and report any faults to the maintenance team.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to enhance the overall security strategy.
  • Adhere to all data protection and confidentiality regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in a related field.
  • 2 years proven experience in security monitoring and CCTV systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.
  • Familiarity with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
