Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team for healthcare projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in AutoCAD, a strong background in mechanical drafting, and experience performing quantity take-offs. The role involves preparing accurate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings while ensuring full compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for ongoing healthcare projects
• Assist in quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawings and designs meet healthcare codes and regulations
• Support engineers and architects with design modifications, revisions, and project documentation

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of drafting experience within the UAE
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D drafting is a plus
• Mechanical drafting experience is preferred
• Experience in quantity take-offs and healthcare project drawings
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
