YOOCHA matcha is a dynamic matcha supplier for 250+ Cafes & Specialty Coffee in the UAE & KSA. We are growing and looking for an experienced Accountant as part of our team who will manage all financial operations and prepare reports and statements.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Manage the company’s financial operations, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial reporting.

* Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support the company’s goals and objectives.

* Create financial forecasts and models to help guide business decisions.

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and financial institutions.

* Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.

* Monitor financial performance and report on KPIs to the CEO.

* Manage the company’s cash flow, including forecasting and reporting.

* Management and control of all banking-related transactions within the Company.

* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, cost reports, and monthly management accounts.

* Prepare annual budgets per business unit with quarterly updated rolling forecasts.

* Prepare tax documents.

* Assist in other ad-hoc analysis, financial reporting, and other tasks related to responsibility areas.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

* Minimum 3-4 years of post-qualification experience working within a Finance support function in F&B.

* Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and requirements.

* Professional qualification such as ACMA/ACCA is a plus.

* The accounting software experience is a must.

* 5+ years of experience in financial management, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

* Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.

* Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must

* Fluency in Accounting software & CRM.

* Meet all deadlines and be flexible in completing all necessary & ad-hoc tasks.

* Currently based in UAE and available for immediate start.
