Position Available: HR Manager

A leading real estate company in Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, drive organizational development, and ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification preferred)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist with UAE experience
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
• Skilled in policy development, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
