Description:

We are hiring a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing shipping and cargo team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales within the logistics sector and wants to build relationships, win new accounts, and support operational delivery across sea, air and land freight services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across shipping, freight forwarding and logistics verticals.
• Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to hit revenue targets and expand market share.
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate commercial terms for sea, air and land freight services.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely service delivery and smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and report progress to management regularly.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales or client relationship roles within the shipping, logistics, or cargo industry.
• Solid understanding of freight forwarding processes, import/export procedures and international trade regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• UAE driving license preferred.
