👨‍💼 1. Field Sales Manager (Multiple Locations)

Locations:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage sales agents in assigned regions.

• Drive sales performance to achieve set targets.

• Manage field operations, customer onboarding, and after-sales service.

• Conduct community outreach and brand awareness activities.

• Report on sales data, field performance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

• At least 2 years’ experience in field sales management, preferably in solar, FMCG, or microfinance sectors.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales team.

🏢 2. Shop Administrator (Multiple Locations)

Locations:

• Rangwe

• Ugunja

• Masara

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Solar Panda shop.

• Handle inventory management, sales documentation, and reporting.

• Provide customer service and technical support where needed.

• Support sales teams and coordinate with the head office on logistics and finance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in retail, customer service, or shop administration.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting systems.

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
