A leading main contracting company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Cost Control Engineer to join its growing team. This role requires a professional with strong analytical abilities and a solid background in managing cost control, estimation, and budgeting within large-scale MEP contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and financial performance analyses
• Review and evaluate project variations and change orders to maintain cost efficiency
• Collaborate closely with project, procurement, and planning departments for financial control
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all project cost activities and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in MEP cost control, with prior UAE experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and other cost management tools
• Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
