Job Description
- Primary responsibilities include ensure timely recruitment and selection;
- oversight of the employees onboarding and separation process;
- communication, implementation and adherence to HR processes and procedures at the location; administration of compensation and benefits structures; payroll processing;
- HR compliance and risk management; employee engagement; DEI and HR Analytics.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent course. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years in a call center environment.
- Offshore BPO experience including recruitment and selection for offshore clients is MANDATORY
- Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
- Must be highly organized, attention to detail and good at analyzing data
- Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects; within tight timelines.
- Proficient in MS word, Excel and Power point.
- Excellent understanding of Kenya labour laws.
- Familiar with Balanced Scorecard model
- Familiar with the Kenya Data Protection Act.
