Job Description
  • Primary responsibilities include ensure timely recruitment and selection;
  • oversight of the employees onboarding and separation process;
  • communication, implementation and adherence to HR processes and procedures at the location; administration of compensation and benefits structures; payroll processing;
  • HR compliance and risk management; employee engagement; DEI and HR Analytics.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent course. Master’s degree preferred.
  •  Minimum of eight (8) years in a call center environment.
  • Offshore BPO experience including recruitment and selection for offshore clients is MANDATORY
  •  Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management
  •  Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
  • Must be highly organized, attention to detail and good at analyzing data
  • Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects; within tight timelines.
  • Proficient in MS word, Excel and Power point.
  • Excellent understanding of Kenya labour laws.
  • Familiar with Balanced Scorecard model
  • Familiar with the Kenya Data Protection Act.
