Job Title: Document Controller (with Real Estate Experience)
Location: Sharjah

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Real Estate or Property Development sector, with a strong background in managing project documentation, contracts, and administrative records efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and maintain all company and project-related documents in physical and electronic formats.
- Ensure proper filing, labeling, and document control procedures are followed.
- Track, update, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences, drawings, contracts, and other documents.
- Maintain document control registers and ensure all documents are up to date and accessible to relevant departments.
- Support project teams by ensuring document accuracy, quality control, and version management.
- Coordinate with departments such as Engineering, Leasing, and Administration to ensure smooth document flow.
- Prepare reports and assist in internal and external audits when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a Real Estate, Construction, or Property Development company.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems (DMS) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation procedures is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of project documentation standards.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
