Job Title: Document Controller (with Real Estate Experience)
Location: Sharjah
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Real Estate or Property Development sector, with a strong background in managing project documentation, contracts, and administrative records efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain all company and project-related documents in physical and electronic formats.
  • Ensure proper filing, labeling, and document control procedures are followed.
  • Track, update, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondences, drawings, contracts, and other documents.
  • Maintain document control registers and ensure all documents are up to date and accessible to relevant departments.
  • Support project teams by ensuring document accuracy, quality control, and version management.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Engineering, Leasing, and Administration to ensure smooth document flow.
  • Prepare reports and assist in internal and external audits when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a Real Estate, Construction, or Property Development company.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems (DMS) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ISO documentation procedures is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of project documentation standards.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
